Environmental Policy

Morton Fraser recognises that in pursuing its business objectives, it has a responsibility to protect the environment and natural resources. By carefully managing and reviewing its activities, the Firm will aim to minimise its environmental impact as far as practicable in order to conserve natural resources and limit environmental pollution.

 In particular, the Firm will make efforts to:

• increase awareness of environmental responsibilities amongst staff
• minimise waste and pollution and operate effective waste management procedures
• promote a purchasing policy which will give preference, as far as practicable to those products and services which cause least damage to the environment
• encourage staff to use public transport
• where possible source renewable energy suppliers

We are also members of the Legal Sector Alliance which is a group of law firms that are committed to sharing ideas about reducing our impact on the environment.
