Today is National Stress Awareness Day promoted by the International Stress Management Association (ISMA).
Today is a good reason to consider how best to manage stress, be it your own or within your workplace. As I mentioned previously, stress levels in the UK are apparently higher than ever and employee absences will only become more of an issue, if matters are not dealt with effectively.
