Along with classic clips from The Office (how not to treat your staff!), the tool provides employers with practical guidance and points them to useful resources to help prevent bad employment practices.
This is, I suspect, aimed at smaller organisations but, that said, bad habits can creep in to organisations of all sizes so it may be worth a look irrespective of the size of your organisation. The tool can be accessed here so go online to find out if your organisation rates red, amber or green.
