Undercover Boss
Following last week’s episode featuring Vanessa Gold of Ann Summers this week saw Andrew Withers, MD of Southern Fried Chicken, go undercover and see what life was like on the shop floor.
As ever it was a real eye opener and it demonstrated again the importance of those at the top of an organisation knowing what is going on at an operational level and, in particular, learning from those working at the coal face and adapting and improving ways of working in light of this.
