Health & Safety Myths – Fact Or Fiction?
My colleague Claire Anderson who specialises in Health & Safety law has written the following article - Top Ten Health & Safety Myths Fact Or Fiction. This follows on from the Health & Safety Executive publishing what they consider to be the top ten most bizarre health & safety bans. As Claire says in her article this is part of a continued attempt by the Health & Safety Executive to remind employers and the public that health and safety law should be applied in a proportionate, common sense way.
