CIPD Absence Management Survey 2011
I’ve just noticed that the CIPD’s excellent annual absence management survey has just been published. Here’s the link for anyone who would like to take a look. I’ll blog on the headline points in the next day or so but this sort of benchmarking survey can be a key tool for employers to use in tackling absences. I've been struggling to access the actual survey this morning which may be because it is experiencing a high volume of traffic at the moment. Worth persevering for though.
