Autumn Essential Employment Law Bulletin

I’ve included a link below to our Autumn Essential Employment Law Bulletin. We issue this twice a year in hard copy form to coincide with the Government’s two implementation dates (6 April and 1 October) for the implementation of domestic employment law.

The Autumn edition includes a Q&A section on the new Agency Workers Regulations as well as information on recently published Employment Tribunal award levels. We also have features on data protection, health and safety plus details of future employment law changes.

If you find the Bulletin of interest and would like to receive a hard copy in the future please send an email headed “EEL Bulletin” to elizabeth.wood@morton-fraser.com including the postal address of where you would like the Bulletin to be sent.
