You can now download our latest informal employment podcast to hear myself and four other member of our employment team (Jillian Paton, Lindsay Anderson and Stefanie Angus) discuss the proposed changes to employment law in relation to increasing the qualifying period from 1 to 2 years for raising a Tribunal claim and the introduction of fees for claimants wishing to raise a Tribunal claim.
