Employment E-Bulletin July 2012
The July edition of our E-Bulletin is out now and includes details of the 2011/12 Employment Tribunal statistics which have just been published as well as the issue of settlement discussions as set out in the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill. In addition we have highlighted two recent cases, one on fair selection criteria for redundancy and the other on the application of human rights law in disciplinary hearings.
