Family Law Rss_logo

Welcome to Morton Fraser's Family Law blog.

Fiona SasanMy name is Fiona Sasan and I am a partner in our Family Law Team.  I am responsible for leading the Family Law Team's activities in the Glasgow office. I am accredited by the Law Society and represent clients in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. I am a trained and experienced collaborative lawyer.  Much of my work involves the negotiation, settlement or litigation of complex financial cases, often with an international perspective, tax, pension or trust issues.

The Family Law Team specialises in all aspects of family law, including divorce, separation, prenuptial agreements, civil partnerships, cohabitation, adoption and child custody.  Our team has qualified mediators and we can advise on family law issues both north and south of the border.

This blog will touch on all aspects of family law, from legal decisions to media reports and the team's experiences (naturally upholding confidentiality at all times).  If you have questions, comments or suggestions for blog topics please let me know.
