We established Moray Leisure Limited (and an associated trading subsidiary) to provide a new leisure centre in the Moray Council Local Authority area. The work involved the establishment, on the instructions of Moray Council, of a charitable company limited by guarantee and an associated trading company, with that company then developing and thereafter running a community sports facility.
