Welcome to clarity

National Museums of Scotland Wildlife Photographer of the Yer exhibition

Our sponsorship of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition provides an opportunity to embed our commitment to clarity. This is a message that ripples throughout the images showcased.  For photography, clarity increases the details within the images, for us, clarity means you know exactly what you'll get, no surprises.

Whether you're a lover of photography, wildlife, or a frequent visitor to the National Museum of Scotland to see whatever is on, you're in for a real treat. We are delighted to be supporting the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition in 2016, we hope you take the time to visit.

Sports Business Innovation Awards

Morton Fraser is delighted to have been one of the co-sponsors of the Sports Business Innovation Awards 2016, which were presented at a Gala Dinner at the Glasgow Science Centre on 19th May.  Since the Awards programme started in August 2014 it has involved over 250 businesses at different stages of their development, from student start-ups to established companies.  The 2016 Awards entrants employ 543 people and have a combined turnover of more than £57 million.

Converge Challenge

At Morton Fraser, we believe that investing in Scotland's' future innovators is the best way to foster new business talent. That is why we provide the winners of the Converge Challenge with twelve months of legal support. With this we ensure they set off on the right business foot and head towards success.

The Converge Challenge aims to create a new generation of entrepreneurs in Scotland.  It brings together the most ambitious and creative thinkers from academia, research and business. Converge exists as a pathway for university entrepreneurs which means that the innovators of the future receive the right support at the right time to ensure profitable businesses for Scotland.

Young Company Finance tracks and reports on early stage high growth companies in Scotland. The organisation focuses in particular upon how young companies finance their development from start-up to maturity, but also report news about senior appointments, business awards, product launches, and sales successes - in short, any of the milestones which such companies must pass on their way to profitability.

Morton Fraser is one of the 2016 sponsors and are delighted to be supporting the YCF Scotland Annual Conference, held on 16th September and the YCF Guide to Finance for Young Companies.
