Morton Fraser’s cross-disciplinary corporate restructuring and insolvency team acted for Begbies Traynor, the administrators, in the administration of RealTime Worlds Ltd, the Dundee-based online gaming company. The deal, led by Iain Young, Austin Flynn, Callum Murray and Samuel Price, involved disposing of three different sets of assets, dealing with complex procedural issues surrounding the appointment of administrators, property matters, IP, IT and Data Protection issues, employment matters and issues surrounding lender security.'
