Support for businesses to keep track of Employment Law changes

Morton Fraser Solicitors has released the 2011 Edition of their popular Employment Fact Card which provides businesses with a quick reference guide to key areas of Employment Law as well as details of Employment Tribunal award limits.

The Firm’s innovative Employment Law iPhone App – MF HR Mobile – has also been updated to reflect recent changes to the law. As well as providing information on areas such as discipline, redundancy, Tribunal awards, retirement and family friendly rights the app provides access to the Employment Team’s monthly e-news and also Innes Clark’s frequent blogs.

Innes Clark, Head of the Employment Team commented, “Employment law can seem to get more and more complicated each year. Tribunal awards are on the increase and clear guidance is vital for business. Our research has demonstrated that clients want to be confident in the knowledge that their business is fully aware of changes in the law as and when they happen. We are then on hand for specific advice to guide our clients through changes which are relevant to them.”

The Morton Fraser Employment Law app is available from ITunes store and is free to download by searching MF HR Mobile.

In addition, the Team’s Employment Protection Package enables businesses to budget for on-going access to employment law advice and benefit from insurance cover for tribunal legal costs as well as ensuring that their employment documentation is up to date. Morton Fraser ensures businesses have access to all the information they need to comply with UK employment law.
