Morton Fraser is proud to announce its sponsorship of the Eco Garden at the Royal Highland Show 2011. The Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland was one of the founding partners involved in staging the Edinburgh International Forestry Exhibition in 1884. As such its links with forestry go back well over 100 years. To mark the International Year of Forests, the Society has established a small family wood planted with indigenous tree species, housed within the Eco Garden. Additional improvements will be made annually to the area to ensure that visitors to the Royal Highland Show are aware of the value of forests for recreation, crafts and sustainability. Morton Fraser is proud to sponsor the native tree area of the Eco Garden in support of this initiative.
