In 2007 Morton Fraser sponsored Samuel Mayer in his efforts to establish a Grassroots Soccer programme in Africa as a means of tackling the country's HIV epidemic. The programme is now a huge success and provides thousands of football-crazy children with the education, life skills and support to live HIV-free.
Now, dressed in his trademark kilt, Samuel has made it possible for these children to watch their heroes in action at this summer's World Cup and accompanied a large number of them to the opening ceremony in Johannesburg.
