Historic building firm fined following fatal accident The firm that runs Warwick Castle as a visitor attraction has been fined £350,000 and made to pay prosecution costs of £145,000 following a successful prosecution under Health and Safety legislation.

Sunflowers' risk to health & safety averted Chinese artist Ai Weiwei's "Sunflower Seeds" -- a work made up of 10 tonnes of porcelain seed replicas -- was recently bought by Tate Modern. However, shortly after its arrival the work was cordoned off over health & safety fears.
