Business Women's Network

The Morton Fraser Business Women’s Network is designed to bring together our female clients and contacts to allow them to network, hear interesting speakers and forge relationships of mutual benefit. 

The BWN is led by our Chairman, Linda Urquhart, who was both the first female Chief Executive of a major Scottish law firm (she led the firm for 11 years before becoming Chairman in January 2011) and the first female Chairman of CBI Scotland.  In addition to her current role at Morton Fraser, Linda is now Chairman of Investors in People Scotland, and a member of the Boards of both the CBI and Scottish Enterprise.

The group runs regular events, ranging from discussions on joining Boards or on the role of social media in professional communications, to wine tastings and theatre trips.  Between events, we send out regular e-bulletins (past issues can be read here), and the BWN has a large and active LinkedIn group.
