Louise's environmental experience relates to the Contaminated Land Regime, waste management licensing, PPC Permitting, water and sewerage matters and nuisance, due diligence and reliance, environmental liability and risk apportionment and operational consent matters affecting a broad range of premises ranging from sawmills to explosives manufacturing facilities.
Her transport experience includes acting on ports, harbours, railways, trams and road matters, including securing Harbour Empowerment and Harbour Revision Orders. Louise also has Parliamentary experience, including providing parliamentary briefings and lodging objections to Bills before the Scottish Parliament.
