Nikki Hunter
Senior Associate, Solicitor AdvocateNikki provides advice on the full spectrum of family law matters, with particular emphasis on high value, complex, financial provision on divorce and separation.
She has also acted in many challenging child-related matters such as, contact and parental rights and responsibilities. Nikki is known for her skills as a family law court practitioner with a real knack for focusing in on the issues and presenting persuasive arguments before the court. She has achieved some excellent outcomes for clients who find themselves involved in litigation. In 2021, Nikki obtained her qualification as a Solicitor Advocate which allows her to appear before the Court of Session.
Nikki works closely with Fiona Sasan in the preparation and conduct of some of the most complex litigations, whilst also managing her own matters. Clients find her highly personable, clear and pragmatic.
