Ainslie specialised in commercial property during her traineeship and joined Morton Fraser as a solicitor in October 2005 principally working for Chris Harte. She was promoted to associate in January 2010.

She has considerable experience in the acquisition and disposal of both heritable and leasehold interests including investment properties, licensed premises and portfolios and has also been involved in dealing with Scottish property aspects of cross border transactions.

She acts for both landlords and tenants in new leases for all types of commercial property ranging from development sites to retail, office, industrial and licensed premises.
