Alanna joined Morton Fraser in 2008 as a trainee and is currently based in our Glasgow office.  She spent a year of her traineeship focusing on corporate law and joined the firm's Corporate Team in Glasgow on qualification.  Alanna undertakes a variety of corporate and commercial contract work, with a particular focus on private company matters.  She regularly assists Tony Byrne and other members of the Corporate Team on share and business disposals and acquisitions, business start-ups and company reorganisations/ restructuring work.
