Family & Adoption Law Advice, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Anna advises on a wide range of family law issues, including financial provision on separation, divorce, cohabitation issues and child related matters. She regularly assists Rachel Shewan with adoption actions, applications for permanency orders and parental responsibilities actions for both private and local authority clients. Her caseload includes a variety of Sheriff Court and Court of Session actions and involves regular Sheriff Court appearances. Anna is a member of the Family Law Association and is accredited by the Law Society as a family law mediator.
