Callum is a Senior Solicitor within the firm's Corporate Team.  He advises on a full range of corporate transactions and has particular expertise in advising on Private Equity transactions. 

He is also a member of Morton Fraser's Intellectual Property, Information and Technology team and regularly advises on a variety of intellectual property matters and bespoke commercial contracts.
