Calum handles a broad range of civil cases but specialises in defending clients in disputes involving employers’ liability, public liability and road traffic accidents.  Calum has particular experience in dealing with personal injury cases and regularly acts for clients in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts across Scotland.  He also conducts pre-litigation negotiation of claims.  Calum acts for public sector clients as well as large commercial organisations and insurers.
