Hugo heads our real estate finance team. He is a dual qualified lawyer (England/Wales and Scotland) and advises clients on real estate security throughout the UK, in particular securing finance for property development and investment projects. He also is a member of the  Morton Fraser Property Funds team and works with investment clients, ranging from private investors to property funds.

Recent deals have included the purchase and sale of the Rotunda Shopping Centre, Kinston and selling a hotel portfolio

Hugo is experienced in dealing with the purchase and sale of assets and assisting clients in raising funds, including finance for shopping centres and major portfolio refinancing.

He is Chairman of the Interlaw European Real Estate Group and has lectured for the Law Society.
