Carryl works in the Asset Protection team, dealing with a wide variety of private client work. She specialises in inheritance tax and estate planning matters and assists clients with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and
the creation of lifetime trusts. Carryl also undertakes estate administration work and works closely with the Finance and Investment Teams.

Other areas of interest include setting up charitable trusts with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator and advising on issues arising under the Adults with Incapacity legislation.
