Nick is a member of our real estate team.  As the leading property solicitor for the Ministry of Defence in Scotland, he has advised on a range of matters, from the new works for the Trident Submarines in the 1980s to the recent arrangements for St Kilda.

He is also experienced in commercial partnering arrangements, both for PFI and PPP. He works for private investment companies and has expertise in landlord and tenant issues.

Nick also advises a range of public sector and business clients on non-contentious planning issues and environmental law, including complex problems with contaminated land, nuclear decommissioning, waste agreements, landfill sites and windfarms. Nick is a member of our Energy & Utlities team.
