Debbie acts predominantly for landlords in licensed premises lease transactions and also assists in other areas of commercial property such as portfolio acquisitions and sales.  Debbie obtained paralegal certificates in both residential and commercial conveyancing in 1998. In 2005 and 2006 she obtained an advanced specialist paralegal certificate and commercial leases certificate.
