Roddy's principal areas of practice are property litigation and trusts & tax litigation.  

He is a key contact in our tax litigation and advocacy group.  In both tribunal and court cases he acts for tax payers in a range of direct and indirect tax disputes.  He also deals with and advises on contentious executry, trusts and guardianship matters; pursuing and defending cases for clients.

In contentious property matters, Roddy acts for a range of public and private clients and advises on a broad spectrum of disputes.  He undertakes cases and conducts his own advocacy in the Sheriff court.
