Senior Solicitor

Steven is a Senior Solicitor within the firm's Real Estate Team and has a wealth of experience in a full range of commercial property transactions. He has particular experience in the licensed and leisure industries, having dealt with numerous acquisitions and disposals of licensed properties.

Steven has also acted for and advised clients in relation to leases (advising both landlords and tenants) of retail, licensed, office and rural properties. He has also acted for clients in a variety of other property matters including complex cross border transactions, security work for institutional lenders, and sales by insolvency practitioners.
