John regularly acts in a wide range of matters including business sale and purchases, leasing, standard sale and purchase conveyancing, security work, public sector projects, compulsory purchase transactions, licensing, planning, rural property, and remedial conveyancing. 

He has a diverse range of clients from large corporate organisations, lenders, and government departments to sole traders and private individuals.  As such his remit encompasses a variety of transactions, from large scale property portfolio management to single unit leasing.

In addition John has a background in litigation, and is regularly involved in criminal defence work.
