Adrian is a member of our corporate team. He acts for private and public companies, helping them with company start-up and equity funding, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and intellectual property.

He also acts for public sector clients such as The National Galleries of Scotland and Falkirk Council for whom he has provied advice on general corporate matters, joint venture arrangements and commercial contracts.

Adrian also has expertise in professional partnerships, including medical practices.

Adrian is also a member of our charities team, responsible for incorporation of charitable companies and providing advice on constitutional and legal matters.

Adrian has written a chapter on UK Companies Limited by Shares for the Corporate Law in Practice book, published by Kluwer Law. He teaches Commercial Drafting on the WS Society/GGSL Professional Competence Course for Trainee Solicitors. He is a member of the CBI Companies Committee.
