Adrian is a member of our corporate team. He acts for private and public companies, helping them with company start-up and equity funding, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and intellectual property.

He also has expertise in professional partnerships, including medical practices.

Adrian is also a member of our charities team, responsible for incorporation of charitable companies and advice on constitutional and legal matters.

Adrian has written a chapter on UK Companies Limited by Shares for the Corporate Law in Practice book, published by Kluwer Law. He teaches Commercial Drafting on the WS Society/GGSL Professional Competence Course for Trainee Solicitors. He is a member of the CBI Companies Committee.
