Karen advises on a wide range of Family Law issues including financial provision on separation, divorce, cohabitation, step parent adoption and child law. Karen’s caseload includes cases calling in both the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court. In addition, Karen has previous experience of social housing litigation in actions for rent arrears and for recovery of heritable property together with Adults with Incapacity cases.
