Lauren is a solicitor in the Corporate division having qualified as a solicitor in September 2011. She works in the Asset & Invoice finance team assisting Bruce Wood and Beverley Wood.

Lauren specialises in shipping and aviation deals and acts for Lenders in the funding and refinancing of pleasure and commercial vessels. She advises Lenders on marine title and security documentation and is regularly involved in the negotiation of marine contracts.

Lauren also assists Bruce and Beverley in the drafting and negotiation of leasing and security documents and has experience of receivables financing. Lauren also assists Andrew Meakin on social housing finance transactions.
