Family & Adoption Law Advice

Louise advises on a wide range of family matters including financial provision on separation/divorce and child related issues. She has experience of litigated and non litigated cases and undertakes regular Sheriff Court appearances whilst also assisting with high value Court of Session cases. She also assists with work undertaken by the Family Law Team for a local authority, including petitions for adoption and other orders under the Adoption (Scotland) Act 2007.
