Nicola completed her traineeship with Morton Fraser in 2009.  Having spent one year of her traineeship in the litigation division, she joined the team upon qualification as a Solicitor based in Glasgow.  Since qualifying, Nicola has split her time between commercial litigation and personal injury litigation.  In the commercial litigation team, she has dealt with a broad range of dispute work with the main focus of her practice being contractual disputes.  She also has particular experience in recovery work.  As a member of the personal injury team, Nicola has experience of acting on behalf of the pursuer.  She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.  Within both practice areas, Nicola has experience of appearing in the Sheriff court and of several Court of Session cases.
