Nicola is a member of our Asset Protection team.  She specialises in assisting clients with the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney together with Advance Health Directives including the registration process with The Office of the Public Guardian.

Nicola also assists with care of the elderly in connection with long term residential, nursing care or home service arrangements including ensuring clients’ receive their entitlements with regard to Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit, Council Tax rebates and exemptions. 

Nicola a member of the Society of Specialist Paralegals.
