Paul is a Solicitor in the Corporate division and an assistant to Austin Flynn, Head of Services for Business. He advises on the full range of transactional and advisory corporate and commercial work and has particular experience of private equity fundraising, business purchase and sale, joint venture transactions, and corporate restructurings. He has worked on a number of high-profile deals recently, including advising Festival Group Limited in the sale of Scotbet to its management team.

Paul is a key member of our Food and Drink Sector Group, which has extensive experience of providing specialist legal advice to clients from all areas of the food and drink industries.
