Paul is a solicitor in the Corporate division, and qualified in 2011. He is an assistant to Austin Flynn, and spent the last year of his traineeship working in that role. He advises on the full range of corporate and commercial transactions and has particular experience of private equity, business purchase and sale, and joint venture transactions. He has worked on a number of high-profile deals recently, including advising Festival Group Limited in the sale of Scotbet to its management team.
