Riikka Wilkinson

Riikka is a solicitor in the Commercial Property division, having qualified in 2011. She deals primarily with disposals of licensed premises on behalf of insolvency practitioners such as Deloitte & Touché. Riikka also undertakes general commercial real estate transactions including landlord and tenant work, with an emphasis on licensed premises.

She joined Morton Fraser in 2005 as a paralegal in the Construction team.
Her previous experience with non-contentious construction matters provides a useful crossover when these issues arise in commercial property transactions. Riikka was also the winner of ‘Paralegal of the Year’ at the Law Awards of Scotland 2007.
