Elaine is an experienced Paralegal qualifying in Residential Conveyance Practice from the University of Strathclyde in 2005. She deals with all aspects of title work, including dealing with the due diligence aspects of purchases, the drafting and negotiation of all relevant conveyancing documentation, as well as drafting and negotiating dispositions, securities, discharges and search requests.
