Christian heads our corporate and commercial team. He is a dual qualified lawyer (England/Wales and Scotland) and a specialist in corporate finance.

He is an expert on general contract work for listed and private companies in the UK and abroad, financial institutions and public bodies.

Christian has experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic collaborations, distribution strategies, MBOs, MBIs, capital projects and partnership structures.

He works across the UK and in the international market, and has been seconded to foreign governments, including Bahrain.
