Gary is an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives and has 25 years experience of civil litigation, specialising in English debt recovery, insolvency and credit control.   He can advise on the most appropriate and cost effective way of proceeding from pre-issue through to judgment and enforcement, using novel approaches and solutions, together with mediation and other ADR, when required.   He has acted for organisations of varying sizes and has conducted tailored training seminars and workshops for their specific requirements.
