David is a member of our employment team. He works in tribunals across the UK.
As a mediator, he has also brought numerous disputes to a successful resolution. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist Employment Lawyer and Commercial Mediator.

David is experienced in a wide range of legal areas, including personal injury matters, fatal accident inquiries and judicial review.

He also leads our licensing team, which works with our real estate team to provide a bespoke service for clients ranging from small businesses to leading multinationals. David appears regularly at Licensing Board meetings and acts for clients on licensing matters.

David is also a member of our Sports team.
