Ewan heads our litigation team. He specialises in commercial dispute resolution in a range of sectors, including aviation, media, oil & gas and the nuclear industry. He works with corporate clients, major insurers and public sector clients, including government departments.

He is also a specialist in personal injury law, accredited by the Law Society of Scotland and a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) and the International Nuclear Lawyers Association.

Ewan has expertise in intellectual property matters. He is a member of the Scottish Society for Computers & Law and advises clients in contentious and non-contentious issues including trademarks, design rights, copyright and patents.

He is a non-executive director of the charity Turning Point Scotland.
