Duncan is a member of our litigation team. He specialises in civil litigation. As an accredited specialist in employment law, he is also a key member of our employment team. He regularly appears in employment tribunals and before the Employment Appeals Tribunal.

He is experienced in drafting and revising employment contracts and in redundancy matters. Having been involved in a number of groundbreaking cases, Duncan has specialist expertise in discrimination issues.

Duncan was President of the Law Society of Scotland in 2004-2005.
