Divorce Separation Specialist
Fiona is a member of our family law team and is responsible for leading the Family Law Team's activities in the Glasgow office. She is accredited by the Law Society and specialises in separation, cohabitation and civil partnership disputes. She represents clients in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. She is a trained and experienced collaborative lawyer.
Fiona has expertise in cases involving complex business interests and anti-avoidance measures, where one party has endeavoured to defeat a claim by disposing of assets. She has also been involved in ground-breaking cohabitees claims arising from the Family Law 2006 Act. Fiona also deals with divorce and child law matters.
She is a member of the Family Law Association and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
