Jonathan heads our real estate and construction teams. He specialises in construction law acting for a variety of clients. His team covers the full range of construction, engineering and procurement services, both contentious and non-contentious.

He acts for occupiers, developers and funders of real estate developments with a particular emphasis on public sector where current clients include Falkirk Council, East Lothian Council, SGLD/The Scottish Ministers and The Ministry of Defence.

Jonathan has been involved in some of the biggest development projects in Scotland, in terms of financial value and complexity. These include city centre office developments, retail parks and mixed use developments,  headquarter refurbishments and site clearance and remediation contracts, as well as PFI/PPP projects.

Jonathan is also a member of our Energy & Utilities team.
