Linda Urquhart OBE

Linda is our Chairman, and prior to her appointment to that non-executive role, led the firm as Chief Executive for more than ten years. She is a former solicitor and partner in the firm and is now a non-practising member of the Law Society of Scotland. She chairs our main board and managing board and is responsible for ensuring we build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and the business and wider community.

A former Chairman of CBI Scotland, she is a board member of CBI and Scottish Enterprise, Chairman of Investors in People Scotland, a non-executive director of Adam & Company (the Scottish private bank) and Edinburgh Airport Limited, and a member of the Edinburgh Business Forum. She is also a member of the Prince's Trust Scotland Development Board, an Ambassador for Girlguiding UK and co-editor of Green's Property Law Bulletin.

Linda received an OBE for services to business in Scotland in the New Year Honours List 2012.
