Susan is head of Morton Fraser's corporate and commercial division. She also heads the firm's banking and finance teams. With many years of commercial property experience, Susan specialises in property lending and has acted for a wide range of clients including plc's, financial institutions and local authorities.

She acts for lenders and borrowers on all forms of debt transactions. She also has expertise in acting for lenders to and clients in the not-for-profit sector, including trusts, charities and other organisations such as churches, schools, golf clubs and credit unions.
